Welcome to Lark Travel, operated by Thaloros Pte. Ltd. ("Lark Travel", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Lark Travel app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1What Lark Travel does
Lark Travel is an AI-assisted travel app. It helps you save places (from links, screenshots, social posts, or by hand), discover spots near you, and generate and organize trip itineraries. Suggestions are based on the destinations and preferences you provide.
2Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the App. You can use Lark Travel as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google for a saved, synced experience. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3Subscriptions & billing
Lark Travel offers a paid subscription ("Lark Travel Pro") with a free trial:
- Annual. $49.99 / year, including a 7-day free trial.
- Weekly. $7.99 / week.
Core trip creation requires an active trial or subscription; there is no ongoing free tier. The current price and any trial are shown in the App at purchase, in your local currency, and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your App Store (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase. They renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Pro access until then. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Request refunds through Apple App Store Support or Google Play Support.
Fair use & availability
To keep the service reliable, we may apply reasonable usage limits and throttle or suspend accounts that exceed fair-use thresholds. The App requires an internet connection and may not be available in all regions. We may change pricing, features, or plans with advance notice, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract its source code;
- interfere with or disrupt our servers or infrastructure;
- use bots or automated systems to access the service;
- resell or redistribute content generated by the App.
5AI-generated content
Lark Travel uses AI to generate itineraries and recommendations. AI output is for informational purposes only, and we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any suggestion, including opening hours, prices, availability, travel times, routes, safety, or entry requirements. Always verify important details independently before booking or traveling. See our AI Disclosure.
6Your content
You retain ownership of the trips, notes, and places you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the App for you (including processing described in our Privacy Policy). Don't import content you don't have the right to use.
7Third-party services
The App relies on third-party providers (for example, maps and place data, and services that retrieve the public content of social posts you choose to import). We're not responsible for third-party content or practices. Lark Travel contains no booking checkout and earns no affiliate commissions.
8Intellectual property
The App, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
9Notifications
With your permission, Lark Travel may send push notifications such as trip reminders and travel updates. You can turn these off anytime in your device settings.
10Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lark Travel and Thaloros Pte. Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated recommendations, missed bookings, or inaccurate information.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thaloros Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12Termination & account deletion
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime in the App via Profile › Delete account; deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes in the App.
14Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
15Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
